What makes us special?
We deliberately don't distribute our products through retail outlets, which might seem a little crazy at first, but it makes a tremendous amount of sense once you understand how we have shifted our primary focus from our profits to our clients.

Why don't we use retail outlets?
A very good question. We don't distribute our products through retail outlets because it allows us to provide our clients with much more value for money (ingredient / price ratio) whilst still being profitable.

Also, by designing a cream that works on multiple levels we take advantage of the economies of scale since our overheads remain the same to manufacture each jar, regardless of whether we use 1 ingredient or 8. This contributes significantly to our being able to offer unparalleled value for money.

Lastly, we can offer our regular clients our products at reduced prices without upsetting any trade agreements that we would have had in place with retail outlets. Our greatest costs are incurred acquiring new clients but once you become our client our costs drop significantly. We then pass these saving on to you through our automated shipping service which is proving extremely popular with our clients.

This is what makes us stand apart from the rest. It's not always been easy. It has put us under pressure to provide a superior product but it's also meant the difference between having clients who only use our product once or twice, and building long term relationships with our clients.

We believe we've made the right choice, but more importantly, our clients believe we've made the right choice too.
